Simply visit us at https://www.vrbo.com/2474530 and check availability, the rental agreement will require a deposit of 10% - 50% to confirm the reservation, with full payment received 8 weeks prior to arrival. It is important that all payments be submitted as specified in the rental agreement in order to avoid losing your reservation and/or your booking deposit.

We have keyless entry. Upon making your reservation we will supply you with the keycode to enter the side door. No keys are required.

You will receive an email from VRBO 3 days before your stay, with all the information and instructions. If your check-in date is within 3 days at the time of booking, this email is sent once you receive your booking confirmation email.

• 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

• 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.

No pets are allowed.

You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours after securing your reservation and, if your payment has already been processed, you will receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee. Any cancellations after 48 hours of securing your reservation will be refunded ONLY IF the property is rerented under the same terms and conditions as your reservation. To avoid any loss of your paid reservation, trip insurance is suggested.

With our 48-Hour Assurance policy, you can make changes to your reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. In addition, if you decide to cancel within 48 hours of making a reservation and no payment has been processed, then no charges will be applied.

Nestled on the shores of the St. Clair River, St. Clair, Michigan is located in the "thumbcoast region" about an hour or so from Detroit to the south and about 30-minutes from Port Huron.
