Q: I just placed an order, but there are a few details I need to change – such as my address, product size, or color. How can I do this?
A: No problem. If the campaign has not yet ended, look for the verification email that was automatically sent to your email address when you placed your order. That message contains a link that will allow you to make any necessary updates to your order.
If the campaign has ended, it has been sent off to the printer. Unfortunately it’s too late to change your order details at that time. For this reason, it’s important you look everything over when you place the order and receive your verification email. This way, you’ll receive your custom gear as soon as possible!

Q: I saw a shirt I liked, and now I can’t find it. Is it still available?
A: We launch sales campaigns for all our designs. Each campaign runs from 7-21 days; once the campaign is over the shirt design is no longer available to purchase - unless we relaunch the campaign or we have enough requests to relaunch a campaign. All of our popular designs are available to view on both our website and facebook page. If the shirt design you see on either one of these sites is not currently running, please contact us and we will schedule a relaunch. Please keep in mind we need a minimum order of 5 shirts in order to go to print. It pays to share our campaigns to ensure your shirt design goes to print!

Q: Woohoo, I just bought an awesome shirt! When will my order ship?
A: Orders typically arrive between 7-14 days after the campaign ends, and only if it reaches its sales campaign goal. When we create a campaign, we set a sales goal. Sometimes it’s 5-10 shirts; sometimes it’s 50 or more. When you click the green “Buy it now” or “Reserve it now” button, and enter your purchasing information, you’re reserving the shirt – it does not ship as soon as you enter your purchasing info.
Your shirt only ships if the campaign reaches its goal, and after it has ended. Otherwise, you will not be charged, and the shirt will not be printed.
Once a campaign tips (or reaches its goal), you’ll receive a confirmation email to notify you that the campaign has ended successfully, and when you can expect your order to arrive.
If you have visited a campaign that is no longer active, but you’re still interested in purchasing, you may have clicked on the “I still want this!” button.
From there, you can reserve your shirt. If more than people 15 pre-reserve that shirt, we automatically open the campaign back up for an additional week. After the week, your order will print and ship.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right.
DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
RETURNS
You can return any merchandise purchased from Teespring.com for a full refund – or Teespring credit – within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to arrange the return prior to sending.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Track your order's progress by visiting http://teespring.com/track and inputting your unique Order Number. Through our portal, you'll be able to track if your order has been printed and shipped – and we'll give you estimates for each step of the way.
NO ORDER NUMBER?
The Order Number is included in your confirmation email – which we send immediately after your order is processed on our website.
1) Double check your spam folder and other email accounts (especially if you ordered through Paypal).
2) You can have your Order Number re-sent by entering your email address on our Recovery page.
3) Contact us, we'll be happy to look up your order for you!
ONCE YOUR ITEM SHIPS
You can track your package's progress more closely through our shipping provider USPS.
To track an order on the USPS site, you will need the USPS tracking information for your package which we email to you. This email will be titled "Your Teespring Order is on the way."

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you decide that you no longer want your order for any reason you can cancel it. Once a campaign ends, however, we are unable to cancel an order as the information has already been sent to the printer and the item will be shipped anyway. In this instance, you can return your item once you receive it for a full refund.
How to cancel:
1) Retrieve your "order number" from your confirmation email (here's how)
2) Go to Teespring.com/track and enter your order number. If a campaign is active you can cancel your order at any time.
If your campaign has ended already and you truly do not want your order, you must contact us and reject the package upon its arrival by marking it, "Return to Sender." We can give you a full refund only when we receive the unopened package.

Q: I’m reaching out to the TeeSpring Support Team with a question about my order. Why can’t they find it in the system?
A: If they’re having trouble finding your order, it’s likely because of a middle initial or a misspelling. The database does not retrieve orders that were entered with middle initials, or middle names; they collect first and last name only, so that’s all you need to input.
It’s a good idea to double-check your info after you have entered it. If your e-mail address was accidentally misspelled, you won’t receive our e-mail with your confirmation number, and they won’t be able to find anything with your correct e-mail in our system.
