SHIPPING RATES

We have three standard shipping rates: One for domestic shipments (inside the United States), one for Canada, and one for other international shipments.

Domestic (United States) shipping $3.85 + $1.00 for each additional t-shirt. Your shirt will arrive within 7-11 business days from the end of the campaign.

Domestic (Canada) $9.50 + $4.00 for each additional t-shirt. Your shirt will arrive within 14-18 business days from the end of the campaign.

International shipping is $12.50 + $4.00 for each additional t-shirt. Your shirt will arrive within 14-18 business days from the end of the campaign.

REFUND POLICY

All refunds and returns are handled through TeeSpring. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right.

 

DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

 

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.

 

RETURNS

You can return any merchandise purchased from Teespring.com for a full refund – or Teespring credit – within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to arrange the return prior to sending.
