About Cindy

28 years experience...
I have worked in the veterinary industry for over 28 years as a Vet Tech. Many of my clients from the area remember visiting me with their pets when I worked at West Gate Veterinary Hospital.

My time there was wonderful and I really enjoyed my job and the people I worked with. My passion has always been working with animals, and now I have the best of both worlds... having my own business doing what I love, setting my own schedule and keeping in touch with all the great people and pets I have met along the way!

Of my 28 years experience, the last 18 years have been focused on grooming. Now I have the great opportuntiy to share my skills and experience meeting new pets, new people and making both client and owner happy with the finished results!

My passion.
It's no secret I have a passion for pets and for what I do. My hopes and goals are to continue my practice and share in the benefits of my skills and knowledge. My website is a great tool to share some of my information for everyone to benefit from, so feel free to share my site. I have recommendations to Vets and Pet Services I have worked with throughout my career that I am happy to share, as I believe its important to go to qualified professionals.

My passion for pets flows over into my support for worthy causes too. I support the SOS animal shelter which is a no kill shelter. I have dog trainers I can recommend and as a longtime owner of a Rottweiler - I can recommend Rottweiler breeders both for show and for pets. I am happy to educate people on food, training, vet services, as these are all key elements in the proper care for your pets... instead of trial and error, I am happy to share the information I have gained over the years working with so many great professionals.

As an advocate for pets, one of the things I support to help lower the number of pets in shelters is having pets spayed & neutered. There are numerous vets and organizations that perform this needed service, and I am happy to recommend some for you if you need advice.

I also believe its a good idea to research the breed of dog you want - AND before you buy, adopt from a local shelter or breed rescue - there are SO MANY beautiful, loving pets that need a home and want nothing more than to share their love.  Please consider adopting, you will be glad you did. Pets need saving too. Please be a part of the solution, and remember to adopt.
